AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF CAR WASHING SERVICES BY SIGNATURE

 

1. PARTIES:

This contract is concluded between the CLIENT, duly identified under the terms of the contract, and the company BURN AUTO SPA, registered with the CNPJ under nº 77.725.380/0001-56, located at Rua Des. Westphalen, 3000- Parolin, Curitiba-PR.

 

2. OBJECT:

The purpose of this contract is the provision of car wash services by subscription, in accordance with the terms and conditions established here.

 

3. VALUES AND PAYMENT:

The monthly/annual amounts are fixed and must be paid by the stipulated due date. Failure to pay on the indicated date will subject the CUSTOMER to fines and interest in accordance with current legislation.

 

4. SCHEDULING AND PERFORMING WASHES:

Washes will be scheduled by the CLIENT and carried out exclusively by prior appointment, observing the timetable policies established by BURN AUTO SPA.

 

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:

The CLIENT undertakes to provide accurate and updated information during membership, as well as respecting scheduled times to optimize service.

 

6. CANCELLATION AND FEES:

Cancellation of scheduled washes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations outside this period may be subject to fees.

 

7. ADDITIONAL WASHES:

If the number of washes included in the plan is exceeded, the CUSTOMER may purchase additional washes with an exclusive discount for subscribers.

 

8. CANCELLATION OF THE ANNUAL PLAN:

If the CLIENT opts for the annual plan and wishes to cancel before the stipulated deadline, they will be subject to a cancellation fee (20% of the remaining value of the contracted plan).

 

9. TAKE AND BRING:

The pick-up and drop-off service will be available during BURN AUTO SPA business hours.

 

10. OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION:

Official communication from BURN AUTO SPA will be carried out through the contact channels provided by the CLIENT during subscription to the plan, such as email and WhatsApp.
